Uttarakand Sahakari Chini Mills Sangh Ltd. (Uttarakhand Sugars) Near Railway Crossing Badripur Road Jogiwala Dehradun was setup in 2003 after formation of the new state Uttarakhand to cater the needs of the Four Co-operative & Two Corporation Sugar mills in the state of Uttarakhand. The apex body works towards development and expansion of sugar industries in the state. Since its inception it has been playing active role by giving financial, technical and administrative advices and guidelines.

DOIWALA SUGAR COMPANY LTD. DOIWALA
The plant was established in the year 1930 with an open pan boiling plant. It was converted to vacuum pan boiling plant in the year 1933. The crushing capacity of the plant was increased to 900 TCD in the year 1963-64 with the availability of electric power from U.P. State Electricity Board. Initially, the factory had started working under the name and style of M/s Laxmi Sugar Mills Ltd. which was subsequently changes to M/s Vijay Sugar Corporation Ltd.
